FIST has been contacted to investigate the disappearance of a friendly informant and a covert buildup of government resources and paramilitary in the Philippines. Reports up to this point indicated that some form of sickness has been spreading around Mount Banakua, and implicated political and paramilitary forces in a twisted sacrament revolving around "Moonthirst".  The Strike Team soon finds itself in a race against the clock to sabotage this ritual before something unspeakable can be unleashed.
